How to receive the order?

After confirmation of the order, GABRIEL DE LYS SAS undertakes to deliver all the reference (s) ordered by the Customer, as soon as possible.

The Customer must ensure that the indicated delivery address is sufficient for a trouble-free routing by the delivery service concerned.

All orders placed on the GABRIEL DE LYS SAS e-boutique are intended for the personal use of customers, customers or recipients of the products prohibit any partial or total resale of the products.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Mondays during the day.

The delivery times do not take into account the processing times of your order which are generally from 24 hours to 72 hours (except weekend) according to the influence of the orders.

The goods travel at the risk and peril of the buyer. Claim

Any request made after this deadline will be rejected and GABRIEL DE LYS SAS will be released from all liability.

If the aforementioned conditions are fulfilled, GABRIEL DE LYS SAS will either exchange or refund the deteriorated product (ies) or return the missing product.

In the event of an application for reimbursement, the refund will be made within 30 days of the return of the product.

For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered to the customer several times. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wants 2 places of delivery, he places 2 orders, with related delivery costs.

Reservation of title: We reserve the ownership of the goods until the complete payment of the price by the buyer.


Fees and delivery time

Delivery to Metropolitan France and International will be carried out by DHL INTERNATIONAL. The pricing of the shipping costs is carried out according to the value of the order to be delivered by the carrier.

For deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duties, value added taxes and any other taxes due under the laws of the receiving country of the order.

GABRIEL DE LYS SAS disclaims any legal responsibilities if the payment of the fees is not made by the customer. We advise the client to inquire about these aspects with local authorities.

GABRIEL DE LYS SAS will not be responsible for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations under this contract, if this non-performance is caused by an event constituting force majeure, beyond their control, including, without limitations, total or partial disturbances or strikes of the postal services and means of transport and / or communications, floods, fires, wars, riots ...

Any delay in delivery can not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of orders in progress.
